IAC the world’s leading phone provider began collaborating with the Texas Start-up Noitavonne Instruments approximately 13 months ago. Noitavonne, Inc has developed patented technology that enables enhanced connectivity between mobile devices. A demonstration of the technology displays a HTC Smart Phone broadcasting its User Interface to 8 other mobile handheld tablet devices. Another example displayed the Noitavonne Loop tablet wirelessly capturing video from both a television and in one case a smart phone. Cisco, Intel, TI and Avnet are all interested in the growth potential of this company who has engage Daughterty and Company as their securities placement agent!

The inside tip is that Black Berry offers a solution that they call the bridge that doesn't function nearly as well as this startups first crack at the big connectivity sync game.
